Book of Condolence

A Book of Condolence has been opened in the Town Hall to allow the Parishioners of Cullompton to share their thoughts on the announcement of the sad death of His Royal Highness the Duke of Edinburgh.

In order to ensure the safety of people wishing to sign this Book of Condolence is welcome to attend the Town Hall and do so.  The Town Hall will be open from 09:00 until 14:30 daily commencing on Saturday 10 April 2021.

You should be prepared to queue in a socially distant manner if necessary.  Only one individual or family unit will be permitted into the Town Hall at one time.

You should wear a face covering during your visit to the Town Hall whilst indoors.

You will be requested to sanitise your hands on entry into the Town Hall. 

You should bring your own pen to sign the Book of Condolence.

Alternatively, you may email your thoughts to condolences@cullomptontowncouncil.gov.uk; messages received to this account will be printed and sent to the Palace with the Book of Condolence.

The Book of Condolence will remain open until the day following the funeral of the Duke of Edinburgh.
